When will my order be sent out?

Order processing times are usually 1 to 3 business days, but may take up to 7 business days in busier periods. This is the time for the order to be sent out, not for delivery. When you receive an email saying that the order is completed – it means I sent it out.

When will I receive my order?

For Bulgaria – you will usually receive it the next working day after it’s been marked as completed. You will be notified via sms from Econt. Tracking will be provided only upon request – as it’s usually not necessary. Please make sure the phone number provided is correct and you’re using a regularly checked email (I won’t send out unnecessary emails I promise).

For countries in the European continent – it may take from 5 to 14 working days to receive your order, depending on your country. Usually it’s around 1 week. Please make sure you provide a correct name, address and telephone number. Tracking number is provided.

For countries outside of Europe – far away countries may need more time, sometimes up to 30-40 days (ex. Australia). Please make sure you provide a correct name, address and telephone number. Tracking number is provided.

I still haven’t received my order!

Once the order has been sent out sadly I have no control over it. Please allow up to 2 months for Europe and 3 months for other countries to see if the package will arrive. Sometimes delays occur due to the pandemic and other factors that I have no control over.

If the tracking marked the order as delivered and you haven’t received it – contact your local post office and authorities as it may be a case of stolen package. I don’t take responsibility for that.

Free shipping?

Outside of Bulgaria – all orders for 15 EUR / 18 USD and above get free tracked shipping! Otherwise shipping is 2.50 EUR / 3 USD and is still tracked.

Bulgaria – due to lower prices there is no free delivery. The only free method is local pick up from Plovdiv.
