I do not posses a physical shop, but all orders are processed and shipped out from my studio in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

For Bulgarian adresses I ship orders out with Econt.

Order processing times are usually 1 to 3 business days, but may take up to 7 business days in busier periods. This is the time for the order to be sent out, not for delivery. When you receive an email saying that the order is completed – it means I sent it out.

Unfortunately I currently don’t offer in-person order pick up.

For Bulgaria – you will usually receive it the next working day after it’s been marked as completed. You will be notified via sms from Econt. Tracking will be provided only upon request – as it’s usually not necessary. Please make sure the phone number provided is correct and you’re using a regularly checked email (I won’t send out unnecessary emails I promise).

Orders arrive in the Econt office on the next bussiness day. Deliveries to personal address are always from Monday to Friday.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving an “order completed” email, then you might have made a mistake in the phone number given. Please contact me immediately on my socials or on mushyarthouse@gmail.com so we can sort it out.
