Returns and refunds policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent out from the same address and name.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Never received packages
All orders are sent out with a tracking number which allows us to know if the package has been delivered or still in transit. Since once the package has been sent out we are technically not responsible anymore and we will need to assert the situation with the delivering company first before issuing a refund. How to return your product
To return your product, you should send us a message on Facebook or Instagram, or alternatively an email first at email@example.com (e-mail communication will be slower), stating your order number and why you’d like a refund. If approved you will be provided with an address to which to ship it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me through e-mail or social media message for faster communication.

Всички пратки се изпращат с Еконт с опция преглед и тест. Допълнително има 14 дни срок, в които могат да се върнат продуктите.
При желание за връщане моля да се свържете с мен чрез лично съобщение във Facebook или Instagram, или с имейл на firstname.lastname@example.org (имейл комуникацията ще е по-бавна) с номер на поръчката и основание за замяна/връщане.
За да се извърши връщане продуктите трябва да бъдат изпратени в същото състояние, в което са получени и в същата опакова, с опция преглед. При установено състояние на продуктите ще се извърши възстановяване на заплатената сума в рамките на 7 работни дни по дадена банкова сметка.
