I do not posses a physical shop, but all orders are processed and shipped out from my studio in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
For Bulgarian adresses I ship orders out with Econt.
International orders are shipped through Bulgarian Post Services (a.k.a. snail mail).
Order processing times are usually 1 to 3 business days, but may take up to 7 business days in busier periods. This is the time for the order to be sent out, not for delivery. When you receive an email saying that the order is completed – it means I sent it out.
Yes! If you are in Plovdiv you can pick-up your order for free.
Pick-up times are usually Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 – 12:30 from Brioche Bakery on Georgi Benkovski 27 in Kapana. If the bakery is closed due to any circumstances I will notify you in advance.
We can also arrange another time/day for pick-up, but you’ll need to send me a message so we can arrange that.
For Bulgaria – you will usually receive it the next working day after it’s been marked as completed. You will be notified via sms from Econt. Tracking will be provided only upon request – as it’s usually not necessary. Please make sure the phone number provided is correct and you’re using a regularly checked email (I won’t send out unnecessary emails I promise).
For countries in the European continent – it may take from 5 to 14 working days to receive your order, depending on your country. Usually it’s around 1 week. Please make sure you provide a correct name, address and telephone number. Tracking number is provided.
For countries outside of Europe – far away countries may need more time, sometimes up to 30-40 days (ex. Australia). Please make sure you provide a correct name, address and telephone number. Tracking number is provided.
Once the order has been sent out sadly I have no control over it. Please allow up to 2 months for Europe and 3 months for other countries to see if the package will arrive. Sometimes delays occur due to the pandemic and other factors that I have no control over.
If the tracking marked the order as delivered and you haven’t received it – contact your local post office and authorities as it may be a case of stolen package. I don’t take responsibility for that.
